Cookies & Analytics
Last updated: July 20, 2026 · Drafted content — see the note at the bottom of this page.
Short version
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies anywhere on Zonit. There is one essential cookie, and one first-party, anonymous analytics system that we own and run ourselves.
Essential cookies
When a Business logs into the admin panel, Supabase (our authentication provider) sets a session cookie so you stay logged in. This cookie is only set on /admin pages, is required for the admin panel to function, and isn't used for tracking. It isn't set on the public marketing site or on any business's Zonit page.
Error monitoring
We use Sentry to catch and diagnose bugs when something breaks. In our current configuration (error monitoring only — no session recording, no performance tracking), Sentry does not set any cookies. See our Privacy Policy for what information it can and cannot receive.
Anonymous funnel analytics
When a customer uses a business's Zonit page, we record simple, anonymous events — a page was viewed, a rating was picked, a review was drafted or submitted — directly into our own database, tied to the business, not to the customer. These events carry no name, contact details, cookie identifier, or device fingerprint, and are used only to show a business its own tap-to-review performance.
We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising service (such as Google Analytics). If that changes in the future, this page will be updated first.
Your choices
Because we don't use tracking or advertising cookies, there's nothing to opt out of on the public site. If you're a Business and want your admin session cookie cleared, simply log out.
This is drafted placeholder content, not legal advice. It reflects what Zonit's product actually does today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before this site launches publicly.
